Dr. Girdhar Prasad Upwanshi is a PhD awardee from Barkatullah University. He serves as a Principal (VISMT – Law), in the NRI Group of Institutions, Bhopal. His area of interest are jurisprudence and commercial laws. In particular, he concentrates his writing and speaking on legislative interpretation, business operations, property law and contracts. Which he prefers to study, is a subject he frequently utilises to contrast and examine ideas in western jurisprudence. At conferences all around the nation he frequently presents on subjects. like Trusts & Charities, Sales of Goods, and Statute Interpretation.

“Being HOD is not an easy task. From maintaining a single file of the department to answering the queries of each student, Dr. Palak Dwivedi has an access to all. She is the one who ensures that Discipline and academics go hand in hand. She also holds a diploma in international trade management. She has also taken on additional administrative duties. She has been invited by various universities to give lectures on important educational ideas like Patent Laws, Trade Marks, Labour and Industrial Laws.

The institution does not believe only in theoretical knowledge but also focusses on practical knowledge. Ms. Roshni Malviya is the in charge of court visits. She ensures that the theoretical knowledge of law goes hand in hand with practical knowledge maintaining an equilibrium of Law. She has participated in many professional training programmes, conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Mr. Rishabh has completed his post-graduation from National Law University Jabalpur. He is in charge of research and publication. He motivates and encourage students for this believing the fact law is beyond books. Also being a civil judge aspirant and enrolled advocate, he chooses to share his knowledge to law students he is well versed in legal drafting and has good knowledge of computer application.

A lawyer’s main goal is to counsel society so that it takes the appropriate course of direction. VISMT-LAW legal aid cell gives the legal knowledge and counselling to the people who are in need of it. Mrs Shrivastava is in charge of Clinical Legal Aid. Our motive is to promote the purpose of legal aid "the first that they provide free legal services to economically weaker people, and second, they direct the efforts and energies of the students of law in contributing to the society".
She is prominent faculty of criminal laws on whom any law professional can rely on, her soul is full of music and she sings very well.

Ms. Anushree Kaushik is in charge of VISMT-LAW internship as well as cultural events, ensures that students get other activities as well. Apart from being a good academician, Ms. Kaushik is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. she knows various dance forms like Bharatnatyam, kathak, free step, contemporary and Bollywood. She likes to paint in his spare time, which she brilliantly keeps in her professional frontiers

He has completed his post-graduation in criminology. In order to enhance student understanding of crime, he is working on the development of statistics, computational and analysis methods. He’s also well aware of the labour laws. Apart from academic excellence he has very good understanding of dealing day to day problems and doubts of the students which makes him a responsible and down to earth human, which is one of the most essential characteristics of great scholar.

MS Vaishali Saxena has successfully completed her post-graduation in company and banking laws from education capital of MP i.e., Indore which makes her most dynamic and intellectual faculty in VISMT-LAW
She holds one of the most responsible positions of moot court in charge which inculcates in the student the ability of not only theorising of complicated concepts of law into the practical field but also understanding the intricacies of law. She believes in all over the development of a student. She knows various dance forms and loves to write and recite poems, she has her own blog to share her thoughts on life and philosophy.
She has the best interest in psychology and is always available to resolve problems of students.

She believes that education only improves when it is widely shared with society. She is active in postcolonial writing, legal feminism, legal writing, and English for special purposes. Her future professional goals include specialising in constitutional law, she is good with the constitution and tried to be updated with all the amendments to the constitution.

Ms. Kanishka Saxena has a positive approach towards all problems. She is very interested in Criminology and related subjects. She teaches with great enthusiasm and explains the depth of Criminology to the students in a very easy way. She enjoys teaching subjects like international criminal law and family law.

Mr Garg is an asset to the college. He is interested in self-determination, moral responsibility and sovereignty. His preferred area of study is sovereignty and the pillar of government, which he often uses to analyse the Constitution.

Being an experienced academician Dr. Rekha Pandey is one of prominent faculty of Hindi, she has a very good knowledge of Hindi literature. She is also a PhD guide and has 4 PhD scholars under her among them 2 have already been awarded their PhD degree.

Mrs. Sikka is very well versed in economics. Economics is such a subject for law students which demands extra focus but Mrs. Sikka conveys information in such a way that it stimulates students to create creatively and makes subjects more fascinating. Students can approach her easily.
