National Youth Day on January 12, 2026

NRI Institute of Information Science and Technology Bhopal( NSS unit), celebrated National Youth Day on January 12, 2026, with various activities like Surya Namaskar, Swadeshi Sankalp Run, skit, and speech competition. The event aimed to promote youth development and nation-building. 136 participants engaged in the events. Prof. Jalaj Tenguriya, Dr. Vandana Khare, and Dr. Puran Gaur attended the function. Participants took a pledge to adopt Swami Vivekananda’s ideals and received certificates. The event concluded successfully, inspiring youth to contribute to society.

Meditation & Yoga Workshop” on December 27, 2025

NRI Institute of Information Science & Technology, Bhopal, NSS unit affiliated to Barkatullah University, Bhopal, organized the 2nd session of “Meditation & Yoga Workshop” on December 27, 2025. The workshop aimed to promote stress management, mental peace, and positive thinking among students. Trainers Ms. Rachna Shivhare, Mr. Mukesh Napit, and Ms. Seema Gulati guided participants. 63 volunteers participated, with Programme Officer Dr. Mukesh Chandel, Co-Programme Officer Prof. Jalaj Tenguria, Dean Academic Dr. Vandana Khare, Principal Dr. Puran Gour, and other faculty members present. The NSS unit promotes holistic development through such initiatives.

NRI Institute of information science & Technology organized a blood donation camp

The occasion of world AIDS Day on December 1, 2025, NRI Institute of information science & Technology Bhopal organized a blood donation camp . 158 people registered, and 75 units of blood were collected. The event was attended by HDFC Bank and Bhopal Memorial Hospital teams, with participation from 25 NSS volunteers, 10 faculty members, and students.

“The Heartfulness Education Trust organized a “Start Up – Stress Management and Happiness” workshop at NRI Group of Institutions, Bhopal. Over 150 students and faculty learned practical stress management techniques to enhance mental well-being. The event, held at Lata Mangeshkar Auditorium, emphasized mindfulness and positivity. The initiative promoted holistic growth and inner peace in a supportive environment.”

एनएसएस ओरिएंटेशन प्रोग्राम 2025-26

एनएसएस ओरिएंटेशन प्रोग्राम 2025-26 का आयोजन 8 नवम्बर 2025 को लता मंगेशकर सभागार, NIIST, भोपाल में किया गया। मुख्य अतिथि डॉ अनंत सक्सेना और श्री राहुल सिंह परिहार बरकतुल्लाह विश्वविद्यालय से थे। कार्यक्रम में 314 छात्रों ने भाग लिया और उन्हें प्रमाणपत्र वितरित किए गए। यह कार्यक्रम राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना इकाई, NRI इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इन्फॉर्मेशन साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी, भोपाल द्वारा आयोजित किया गया था।
