Orientation Programme 2023
“UdgamPravah: NayeAarambh Ki Oor”
NRI Institute of Information Science & Technology, Bhopal organized an orientation programme for the newly admitted B.Tech & MCA students on 4th September 2023. The chief guest of the event Honourable Prof. Sunil Kumar Gupta (Vice Chancellor, RGPV), Shri. D Subodh Singh (Chairman, NRI Group of Institution) and Dr. Puran Gour, Principal-NIIST graced the occasion with their valuable presence. The program was hosted by the Prof. Vinita Saxena along with the student Ms. Palak. The program began with lamp lighting ceremony accompanied by Saraswati Vandana.
Our Respected Chairman Sir addressed and welcomed the newly admitted students and gave them an introduction regarding the academic disciplines & brief introduction about NRI Group.
The vivacious dancers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances and this was a reflection of their passion and hard work & Ms. Suman Kumari showcased her talent through her melodious voice.
Dr. Puran Gour, Principal-NIIST briefed the students about the rules and regulations of the institute. He described below mentioned points in his presentation:
➢ To link the gap between students & administration.
➢ To awake the students about the institute curriculum and inform the students about the rules & regulations as well as student’s code of conduct.
➢ To provide awareness among students about various co-curricular and extra activities that helps the student for their overall development.
Prof. Brij Bihari, Head of the Exam Cell provided all the necessary and relevant information regarding University Exam Schemes, Rules & Regulations and Syllabus of Btech 1st Year. Whereas Prof. Yogesh Mishra, Head of the NSS briefed about NSS activity.
The program was concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Prof. Vinita Saxena. She expressed her gratitude to the parents and students for having faith and confidence with NRI Group.
