Guidelines for Conductions of Internal Examination

College strict follow the scheme provided by the affiliated university RGTU and conduct the two internal examinations per semester named Mid Sem – I and Mid Senn-II or Pre University Test. The complete process of internal examination is same as final examination. Question papers prepared by the faculty by matching the course objectives and then submitted to departmental examination coordinator, and after moderation of papers it submitted to examination cell for smooth conduction of examination process. Examination Cell prepare the time table of examination and displayed to our website , department and college notice board, it prepare the invigilation duty chart after conduction of examination, departmental exam coordinator issue the copy to concern faculty, faculty evaluate the answer books and submit the marks to departmental exam coordinator for preparation of result after display and discuss the answer books to the students for maintain the transparency in the process and after preparation of result by the department it is shown on notice board and submit a copy to exam cell. Similarly department and exam cell conduct the theory and practical quiz examination once in a semester at the time of second internal examination. In Some courses department are free to conduct the theory and practical quiz test twice or thrice in a semester as per the course needs. At the end after conduction of the entire internal examination process department prepared the sessional marks as per the requirement of university scheme i.e. best of two internal examination marks are send to the affiliated university.
