End to End Recruitment for the USA region
Understanding the Technicalities of the Requirement & Analyzing the Clients Requirements & Needs.
Full life-cycle recruiting process included sourcing, recruiting, evaluations of candidates, negotiating terms and rates, preparation submission documents, coordinating the interview process, and closing candidates
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Follow up with candidates
