Teaching and evaluation are the two sides of a coin
The Examination Committee is an apex body of the Institute which is headed by the Chief Superintendent of Examinations (Principal/Vice- Principal) with supporting staff.
The Prime responsibility of the Examination Cell is to conduct Mid and Grand test examinations in a fair and systematic way under the directions of the Chief Superintendent of the Examination

To conduct the Internal/ External/ Practical Examinations for all the programmes offered in the College.
Examination Cell acts according to the notifications received from the university.
Examination cell prepares Circulars for students regarding Mid-Examinations.
To arrange for External/Internal Valuation of Exams.
The Examination Committee shall hold a pre-exam meeting to brief the members of the faculty with regard to the examination procedures and responsibilities. A report of the same shall be submitted to the principal.
Examination Cell takes all precautions while preparing Examination Time table, Invigilation duty chart, seating plans for the students in the Examination halls, attendance for smooth conduct of Examinations, etc.
Ensure that all the question papers are prepared well in advance.
Examination cell takes necessary steps for the distribution of Answer sheets to the concerned teachers after completion of the examination and receiving the answer sheets, marks list, and preparing in the desired format.
To collect all the answer scripts and the supporting documents required.
To publish the results and take necessary steps for the conduct of supplementary exams in time.
To address the grievances/ complaints of the students and staff concerning exam-related issues.

The Chief Examiner shall ensure that the evaluation process is completed within a week from the date of the last examination date.
