- Position Offered: Talent Search Associate
Essential Functions
- TALENT SEARCH: To Identify the most suitable talent in line with the client’s requirements using several domestic and international job portals, social media websites, headhunting techniques, and also through reference-based recruitments. To reach out to the right persons using appropriate approach methodology and to convince them to apply for the active jobs. Interview prospective candidates, test skills, perform reference checks, and handhold during the entire selection process. To explain to the candidate about client’s company work culture and job profile to ensure compatibility and present candidate information to the client appropriately.
- CLIENT COORDINATION: To coordinate with existing clients and get new job requirements. Coordinate with other talent search specialists, gather CVs and submit to clients and also provide client feedback to the team.
- TEAM HANDLING: Training and developing a second line of Leaders. Assigning tasks to the Team members and also helping them out in all manner. Making them understand the Mandate, Helping the team to prepare their Financial Sheet, Monthly Sheet, and Weekly Sheets.
- Excellent people manager – Screening and interviewing skills, leader & strong placement ability.
- Teamwork – Effectively communicates to delegate responsibilities using interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed skills ability to multitask effectively, meet deadlines and manage simultaneous
demands - Accuracy and punctuality – Precise with details and facts, attention to detail.
Handling end to end recruitments
• Research and develop new strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• By sourcing profiles through head-hunting, networking through social networking sites, and targeting candidates through various job portals
• Also ensuring the candidates join and keeping in close contact with candidates until the closure of the assignment.
• Handling Senior level candidates to create a good relationship and to take them through the
process of joining the necessary company in which they are shortlisted.
Team Handling
• Handle the team.
• Assigning requirements to the team.
• Allocating the KRA to the team.
• Validating the CV of Team Members and following up with clients on the Cvs.
• Follow up with offered candidates of the team.
• Follow up till the joining.
• Help the admin team in the collection.
Key Account Management
• Handling senior-level mandates in order to achieve the given target.
