REPUBLIC DAY 2025, 26TH JANUARY
The NRI Group of Institutions celebrated Republic Day with vibrant cultural performances, including dance, singing, skits, and poetry. The event also honored excellence, with Divya Patel (MBA 2022-2024) receiving a merit award and Prof. Sajitha V. Nair being named Best Employee (2023-2024). The awards were presented by Chairman D. Subodh Singh Ji and Dr. Rekha Pandey (HOD, Management). CHILDREN’S DAY 2025, 5TH SEPTEMBER
The Department of Management celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm, aiming to bring joy to students and highlight their importance in the lives of teachers and the institution. The event was skilfully compered by Prof. Abdul Rahman. The celebration was enriched by Prof. Noopur Tiwari’s stunning dance performance and Prof. Rekha Pandey’s heartfelt poem, both captivating the audience. Dr. Rajesh Sahu and Prof. Saurabh Kumar Sahu energized the students with exciting one-minute games and a fun-filled quiz. The event was a resounding success, leaving students uplifted with happiness and joy.
PRE DIWALI CELEBRATION – DEEPUTSAV 2024, 29TH OCTOBER
“Diwali is the festival of lights, a time to shine bright, A moment to celebrate joy, knowledge, and the night.”
The Department of Management proudly organized Deeputsav-2024, a spectacular pre-Diwali celebration aimed at blending tradition with learning. Held on 29TH October, the event illuminated the spirit of togetherness, culture, and wisdom. Students enthusiastically participated in rangoli-making, diya decoration, and a traditional attire showcase, reflecting the vibrant essence of Indian heritage. Engaging games added an element of fun, while a meaningful discussion on the significance of Diwali encouraged reflection on its spiritual and cultural importance. A dynamic Diwali Quiz and Speech Contest tested knowledge and public speaking skills, fostering intellectual and cultural awareness. With the NEP 2020 vision in mind, Deeputsav 2024 was not just a celebration but an initiative to connect youth with their roots. The event beautifully blended tradition, education, and joy, leaving an indelible impact on all participants.

INDEPENDENCE DAY 2024, 15TH AUGUST
“Saluting the past, celebrating the present, and shaping a brighter future!”
The NRI Group of institutions proudly celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day on 15th August 2024 with immense patriotism. The event began with the flag hoisting and national anthem, followed by inspiring speeches, cultural performances, and a skit depicting India’s freedom struggle. The celebration instilled a deep sense of unity, responsibility,and patriotism in all attendees. The Department of Management remains committed to nurturing young minds with values that strengthen the nation.
NAVANKUR – Orientation 2024: Welcoming Future Leaders
The Department of Management at NRI Group of Institutions organized NAVANKUR – Orientation 2024 to warmly welcome the freshers of the MBA batch of 2024. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Ms. Pooja Mehta, entrepreneur and motivational speaker, as the Chief Guest, along with Chairman Mr. D. Subodh Singh, Chairperson Mrs. Jayshri Singh, Dr. Puran Gour (Principal, NIIST), and Dr. Anita Mishra (Principal, VISMT).
The program began with a lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge, followed by the blessings of Maa Saraswati. Dr. Rekha Pandey, Head of the Department, welcomed the students and set the tone for the day. Ms. Pooja Mehta delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing commitment and discipline as keys to success.
The event included an overview of the MBAand MBA programs and insights into campus life. Prof. Sajitha V. Nair compered the event, ensuring an engaging and inspiring experience for all. NISM 2024
The two-day seminar on Financial Education and Financial Securities, organized by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) on October 26-27, 2024, was a highly engaging and informative event aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of financial markets and securities. The seminar featured a keynote address by Ms. Shruti Gupta, who shared valuable insights on financial literacy, informed investment decision-making, and the role of financial securities in wealth management. In addition, a series of interactive workshops and sessions provided participants with a deeper understanding of investment strategies, risk management, financial regulations, and the functioning of financial markets. The event successfully brought together industry experts and students, fostering an environment of knowledge-sharing and networking. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing that the seminar broadened their horizons and inspired them to explore careers in finance.
