Welcome to the department of Mining Engineering at NRI Institute of research and technology (NIRT) Bhopal with the words-“All of us do not have equal talent. But, all of us have an equal opportunity to develop our talents.” The department works with the objective of addressing critical challenges faced by the Industry, society, and academia. Perhaps even more important is our unceasing commitment to our students, helping them to learn, grow, develop, and achieve their goals in their pursuit to excel in their professional careers.

In the Mining Engineering department, our department has a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty, a good infrastructure, and lab facilities. We are striving hard continuously to improve the quality of education and to maintain its position of leadership in engineering and technology.
