He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and an M.Sc. in Botany from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Dr. Mishra has made significant contributions to academic research, with 12 research papers published in various national and international journals. He is also a registered Ph.D. guide at Barkatullah University, Bhopal, where he actively mentors research scholars and promotes academic excellence. In addition to his teaching and research contributions, he has co-authored a book titled “Organisational Behavior through Strategic Human Alignment.” His dedication to education, research, and student development has earned him recognition as a respected academic leader and mentor. She completed her higher education at the prestigious Allahabad University, where she developed a strong foundation in Hindi language and literature.
