Pre Diwali Celebration – Deeputsav 29th October

The Department of Management proudly organized Deeputsav-2024, a spectacular pre-Diwali celebration aimed at blending tradition with learning. Held on 29thOctober, the event illuminated the spirit of togetherness, culture, and wisdom. Students enthusiastically participated in rangoli-making, diya decoration, and a traditional attire showcase, reflecting the vibrant essence of Indian heritage. Engaging games added an element of fun, while a meaningful discussion on the significance of Diwali encouraged reflection on its spiritual and cultural importance. A dynamic Diwali Quiz and Speech Contest tested knowledge and public speaking skills, fostering intellectual and cultural awareness. With the NEP 2020 vision in mind, Deeputsav 2024 was not just a celebration but an initiative to connect youth with their roots. The event beautifully blended tradition, education, and joy, leaving an indelible impact on all participants.

Independence Day 15th August
“Saluting the past, celebrating the present, and shaping a brighter future!”
The NRI Group of institutions proudly celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day on 15th August 2024 with immense patriotism. The event began with the flag hoisting and national anthem, followed by inspiring speeches, cultural performances, and a skit depicting India’s freedom struggle. The celebration instilled a deep sense of unity, responsibility, and patriotism in all attendees. The Department of Management remains committed to nurturing young minds with values that strengthen the nation.
NAVANKUR – Orientation: Welcoming Future Leaders
The Department of Management at NRI Group of Institutions organized NAVANKUR – Orientation 2024 to warmly welcome the freshers of the BBA and MBA batch of 2024. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Ms. Pooja Mehta, entrepreneur and motivational speaker, as the Chief Guest, along with Chairman Mr. D. Subodh Singh, Chairperson Mrs. Jayshri Singh, Dr. Puran Gour (Principal, NIIST), and Dr. Anita Mishra (Principal, VISMT).
The program began with a lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge, followed by the blessings of Maa Saraswati. Dr. Rekha Pandey, Head of the Department, welcomed the students and set the tone for the day. Ms. Pooja Mehta delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing commitment and discipline as keys to success.
The event included an overview of the BBA and MBA programs and insights into campus life. Prof. Sajitha V. Nair compered the event, ensuring an engaging and inspiring experience for all.A detailed program presentation provided students with insights into their academic journey. The event also offered a glimpse into student life at NRI, reaffirming the department’s commitment to holistic development.
