Pharmaceutics is the discipline of pharmacy that deals with the processes of turning a new chemical entity into a medication to be used safely and effectively by patients. it is also called the science of dosage form design.
This department was established with aim of understanding the basic principles of formulation parameters in manufacturing of an elastane form, storage, packaging, and dispensing of dosage forms.
This department also focused on the understanding of documentation, quality control, and quality assurance of all processes and pharmaceutical formulations as per the need of the industry and future prospects.
There are many chemicals with pharmacological properties but need special measures to help them achieve therapeutically relevant amounts of their sites of action.
