Contemporary modern infrastructure facilities are maintained as per the norms of statutory bodies namely Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council, Bhopal, and Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University Jabalpur & Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.

Laboratories
Our college of nursing is the training ground for B. Sc. Nursing students to develop their professional and technical skills in nursing before stepping into the clinical practice at the bedside. The following are the state-of-the-art laboratories set in the college for enhancing the practical skills of the aspirants.
Nursing Foundation Lab
The nursing foundation lab is the practical area of the students where they perform all nursing procedures on manikins prior to exposure to the clinical field.
The setup aims at helping the students to acquire knowledge, understanding, and develop skills in techniques of nursing procedures and prepare them to practice in clinical settings. For all these, we have well-equipped labs with beds, manikins for performing, and the practice of various invasive procedures including IV cannulation and infusion.
Anatomy & Physiology Lab
The candidates are provided an excellent opportunity to learn the human body and system by spending real-time demonstrating the axial skeleton, disarticulated human bones, and learning from the plethora of wet specimens arranged in the laboratory. Moreover, a number of charts and models add to the imparting of the right medical education.
Nutrition Lab
The lab is spacious and well equipped with an adequate number of utensils, nutritional charts, and models it is well ventilated, with lighting, and adequate water facilities. The area is used by the wards for their nutrition practices and demonstration skills.
Advanced Medical-Surgical Nursing Lab
The department lab is equipped with an adequate number of manikins with advanced options that help to amalgamate classroom teaching with skill learning successfully. The students are trained in the laboratory to acquire skills as per the syllabus and their compliance is ensured using the competency checklist.
Community Health Nursing Laboratory
The lab is set up with articles for preparing nursing students to deliver health care to people in urban and rural communities. Our CHN lab offers a view of students to identify and solve health problems in the community through innovative and effective strategies of the spectrum of the community (Models, charts) which help the students to identify and solve health problems in the community through innovative and effective strategies of primary health care.

- A.V. Aids (charts and posters) for health talk, health exhibitions, and another awareness program on different topics like MCH, communicable and non-community disease,s, etc.
Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing
The lab is designed for students to appreciate the concepts and principles of midwifery and obstetrical nursing. It helps students to acquire knowledge and skills in rendering nursing services to normal and high-risk pregnant women in hospital and community settings. It also helps to develop skills in managing normal and high skill neonates and participate in the family welfare program. The laboratory provides firsthand experience in the assessment of antenatal care, Intra-natal care, postnatal care, Neonatal assessment, and demonstration of nursing care and handling problems accordingly.
Child Health Nursing Laboratory
A separate MCH lab facility is available. And it has adequate equipment in order to improve the clinical skill of the students, where students gain firsthand experience before they are posted in the clinical area. This laboratory provides students the opportunity to learn and practice in a realistic and risk-free environment. These experiences offer invaluable opportunities to enrich and enhance learning as well as increase student confidence.
Audio-Visual Aids Lab
Our college of nursing possesses a well-maintained latest audiovisual equipment liquid crystal display (LCD,) Projector, slid projector, overhead Projectors, VCD players, VCR, and color television, DVD players, Puppets, Charts, Posters, and Models.
Computer Lab
A well-equipped computer lab is set for the students to have access to unlimited sources of knowledge from online journals and other educative web portals.
Library
Well-furnished central library is housed modernized spacious, ventilated. The library is stocked with more than 3500 books of current nursing and medical titles and subscribes to about 20 national and international journals.
Auditorium
The college is also fortunate to have a spacious contemporary auditorium for conducting curricular and co-curricular official meetings and has a capacity to accommodate 1000 audiences at a time.
Examination hall
We have a well-furnished examination hall with a confidential room and CCTV surveillance.
Hostel Facilities
Two separate, well-furnished hostels for boys and girls are available which are spacious and well ventilated. The hostel has a visitor lounge, study hall, facilities for indoor games, Magazines, and Newspaper reading and television.
Transport Facility
Our institute has three buses of its own for transport for outreach services and observational visits for students.
Sports Facilities
The college provides sports and recreation facilities for the students. The sports facilities include outdoor games like shuttle bed Minton, cricket and Indoor games like caroms and cheese. There is also a large playground for athletic and field events like running, shot put, javelins, and discus throw.
Anti-Ragging
Ragging involves abuse, humiliation, or harassment of new entrants or junior students by their seniors. To prevent & prohibit ragging our college has constituted an anti-ragging committee. The main aim of the anti-ragging committee is:-
- To publicize to all students prevalent directives and the actions that can be taken against those indulging in ragging.
- To consider the complaints received from the students and conduct inquiry and submit a report to the Anti-Ragging Committee along with punishment recommended for the offenders.
- Oversee the procedure of obtaining an undertaking from the students in accordance with the provisions.
- Conduct workshops against ragging menace and orient the students.
- To provide students the information pertaining to the contact address and telephone numbers of the person(s) identified to receive complaints/distress calls.
- To offer services of counseling and create awareness for the students.
- To take all necessary measures for the prevention of Ragging inside the Campus/Hostels.
